False advertising

My husband hired a car via an online site,named Nova car rentals.We were given a rate for an additional driver as it beingR350 but upon our arrival at the airport were told a different rate and a story that the terms and conditions of the contract we had agreed on were on an old date,and that those terms have been updated,they took no responsiblility i feel as a client we shouldnint be penalised for the mistakes of their agreements with these outside companies.Furthermore we had hired a luxurious car and werr told that the car was in perfect condition,its a good thing we checked the vehicle before we left,had we not we would have been liable for the scratches,and the dents we found on the car.This is very dissapointing and we hope the relevant parties are told about this .
