**** damage claim

When I received my final bill Firefly (aka Hertz) added R2850 for "damage" to the bodywork. The damage was two flyspecks of tar low on the front bumper which they pointed out when I returned the car. These could easily be removed with a rag dipped in petrol or simiar solvent I had not for one moment thought they would have tha audacity to call that damage. I lodged a dispute and asked for a photgraph of the purported damage. That was five weeks ago and I still received no response. Careful of Hertz (and similar ********** behaviour from other companies) who pad their income with charges for purported damage.
