Extremely bad service and taking advantage

I hired a Chev Cruze from hertz after my car broke on our way to Durban for holiday. We paid them R1600 and we checked the car all around. We never checked the MAKE of the tyres! after returning the car they claimed that I swopped the tyres for a different make!! Also they claimed that there was an extra dent on the bonnet that my signed piece of paper disproved to them! I phoned them for my refund back and they told me they will put it through to their claims department. I hired the car end of April and still haven't had any feedback or payment from them! I will never use or recommend them again. They are a bunch of ******* preying on people that do not check tyre MAKES when hiring a car! They clearly saw an opportunity to rob me and did just that!
