Excellent customer service
We booked a rental for 18 days to drive from George to Cape Town. When we arrived at the airport we were unhappy with the car they had for us and Carla went out of her way to provide us with a Polo which is what we wanted. Carla was attentive, accommodation and pleasant throughout and because of this I have booked another rental with Hertz for 10 days at the end of February. Thank you!
