Emergency Number Useless

I came across a car accident and stopped to render help. The lady who was involved in the accident had hired a car from Hertz. As she was from Germany she didnt know what the procedure was to have a vehicle towed or moved so I said to her we should phone Hertz as they would organise all of that.

After 5 calls to your emergency number and listening to your hold music for over 15 minutes nobody answered. She stood there stranded on the side of the road for over 30 minutes.

We are still waiting to hear from you.

Eventually we just pushed the car to the other side of the road and left it there as were to worried to use another towing service and get slapped with a bill because you dont use them.
