duplicate debit transactions on my account

I returned the vehicle on Thursday the 1st October. At 5h00 Friday 2nd October morning(Today) the same transaction of 5382.00 went through on my account to Hertz Car Rentals. I went to their offices this morning. The manager said they are sorry there is a problem with their system he will phone the bank to reverse but it will be done in 2 working days. Now my account is in a excess and I need the money to go an pay excess to my insurance to real ease my vehicle from panel beaters. This is a big inconvenience.
