double change and my deposit is not yet back after more 25 days after I return the car

<p>I hire the hire the car from Herzt,everything was ok,when I pick up the car before I drove off I notice in the windscreen there was chip I show the person who was in charge in terms of inspecting the car and then he make note, On my way back, because it was late for me to return the car in town because they close early I decided to return the car in the airport, there was lady there that was inspecting the car she say she notice the chip in windscreen I told her that I’ve got the car with that, she say I must make note and signed. I did so, Just before I arrive home herzt change me again the same amount of rental with the deposit but I told myself I will attend this the following day when I’m in the office, I went to the town office they manage to rectify the amount they promise to refund me back, but it take about 7days to do so, Now I ask them what about my deposit,. They say that one is done with different department, up until today they didn’t return my deposit. But the manager at branch so the chip on the paper work, but still he didn’t help me.</p> <p> </p>
