Don't use hertz they are *******s

I'm so disappointed about hertz the customer service sucks, everything it's so disorganized been a customer for over 5years I have put up with their bad service today I tried making a booking was told its impossible since I have an overdue balance but no 1 can see what is it I'm owing I had to call all the departments to find what is the fault how on earth do I have to make calls to all departments why can't they have customer info in 1 place, they say I owe R600 e tolls from 2017 of which now its 2019 and my last rental was 2019 Jan to March
