Don't rent from these **********

Firtst of all I rented through car flexi. I was told no deposit required as I paid them. Which was a lie... I think Hertz and them are working together to ***** from innocent people.

I rented a car at Hertz crystal towers for the past two months. When I started renting, a guy called Brandon assisted me as I told him it's for charity. I opted for the superwaver option as I couldn't afford the R13000 deposit they required. All was fine and I rented the car daily as money came in. An amount of R321 was deducted per day. All went well till just before I took the car back. A guy called Barry started sending me invoices. On returning if the car I was told by the same guy Barry that I owed R3900, something like that... For monthly rental, which I was never explained or signed for.

So I refused to pay as even my initial deposit wasn't even paid back also. No proof from their side could be provided.

Upon returning the car I told Barry I don't know anything about this monthly story he was telling me, he was immediately very upset and arrogant.

To my surprise the amount of monthly rental was deducted on my account today without my consent. I think this company of yours are blatantly *****ing from clients. I am not leaving this here. This posting or complaint will reach every place I can think of so people can see how you ***** from clients.
