DON'T RENT FROM HERTZ KIMBERLEY AIRPORT - BIG *******, ********, ****S AND ************, *********, IMMORAL **********

*Don't Rent A Car from these *******, ******** and ********** at Kimberley Airport*

That short fat lady and the slim gentleman together with their ****** uncultured manager in Bloemfontein are BIG ******* and ********! And very rude, unprofessional, extremely ********* and ************ ****s! I rented a Polo Vivo in April to Johannesburg and returned the car with full tank (as in even the air valve was pressed down to fill it to capacity at the Puma garage that's just about 2km+ from the Kimberley Airport). Then she (that shorty fat gal) charged me for fuel and I disputed it and head office requested for my fuel slips which I sent through and they said it can't be that the vehicle wasn't returned with full fuel load and thus over ruled her and refunded my money. Then as foolish as she's, I'm sure with minimal IQ and education just like her manager in Bloemfontein then said I returned the car without the fuel cap? Now charged me for it. I requested they send me a video showing them refueling and that there was no fuel tank cap....till today (3rd week of October) they haven't! I secured videos of my refueling and there was no way it shows the cap missing. Plus to show how VERY STUPID they are....if the cap was missing then the fuel should have spilled out as the road to the Airport from the Puma garage is steep and there are speed bumps. She then sends a price quotation from VW Kimberley for the fuel cap as if it's an invoice/receipt. I requested the invoice and receipt from VW Kimberley from her and Hertz head office to proof the purchase of it as it was my deposit money that they claimed to have used to purchase and they couldn't give that proof; meanwhile I had found out somehow from VW Kimberley that there was no such order or payment for such a Polo Vivo fuel cap by Hertz! But it was also found out by her own company it couldn't be after I sent them mails after mails and kept the email trail for my legal advisers! So, I am convinced that she with her colleagues and the rude uneducated, uncultured manager are the masterminds of ******** clients in Kimberley! PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH HERTZ PEOPLE. RATHER GO TO EUROP CAR OR AVIS! HERTZ ARE A BIG **** AND I'VE PROOF TO THAT!!!! USELESS, *********, ************, DISHONEST ********** AND ********. THEY DESERVE TO BE SHAMED AND EXPOSED!!! IF YOU HAVE BEEN ****MED AS CLIENTS, PLEASE GUYS JOIN TOGETHER AND GET LAWYERS TO TAKE THIS COMPANY TO THE DRYERS! DISGUSTING ******* AND ****S!!!!
