Don't rent from Hertz

After pre-paying my car I arrived at Hertz to pick it up. My booking could not be found. 2 hours later my booking miraculously appeared and I was given a vehicle just to find its airbags were malfunctioning. I'm still waiting. I'm a gold customer, worst car rental experience of my life.
