Dodging Paying the Insurance

I've paid for their Super Cover, which was very specific that If covers the 3rd Party in case of a car accident, up to a Million Rands of damages. I unfortunately had an accident. When I contacted them, they forwarded my call to Claims, who transferred me back to the main line I was given. When I tried again the claims line went straight to the voicemail. I have been calling for a long time now and they are not responding to my calls. I've even written 2 emails already and no response.
