DO NOT USE HERTZ CAR RENTAL!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!! Their call centers take over 12 minutes to answer any calls. I booked online with Hertz Action Ford Krugersdorp and when I phoned action ford to confirm my booking , they said they’ve never worked with hertz and I must be mistaken. When I finally got through to the help centre they just told me to go to a different dealership. I drove 40kms further to a different dealership (constantia) , when I got there they told me they didn’t have the car.

When I phoned the call centre he just said “oh we’re fully booked” I said but I’ve booked a car for today. He said “well does your name stand on that car” I assume he was saying that I don’t own the car so I can not use it. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and I am still left without a car to use for a trip planned. HERTZ IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
