Dissatisfied customer will never recommend Hertz Rent a Car

I hired a vehicle from Hertz based at the Cape town international airport. While using the vehicle I was hit from behind by another vehicle. I had a docket opened with the police and it was clear that the other driver was at fault. I immediately returned the vehicle to Hertz and they had no issue giving me a replacement vehicle for the balance of my time . However it has now been 9 months of me chasing up Hertz on the insurance claim they have lodged with the 3rd party and I still have not been paid my deposit back. The person at Hertz handling the matter initially has left and their replacement refuses to answer calls or emails.
