Dishonesty

I rented a car from them from the 21st of September to the 24th of September. I was asked to pay a refundable deposit of R 26,500.00. This amount was debited from my credit card on the 21st of September, I returned the vehicle as agreed on the 24th of September and I was given a final invoice once the car was inspected. I was told that the payment was released on the 25th of September and 7 days later I still don't have any records of this reversal in my credit card! I have just been told that it will take 21 days for the payment to reflect, no transfer takes 21 days to reflect on the account!

I hired a car from a Thrifty car and after returning their vehicle, 3 days later my funds were reversed.
