Dishonest company

Hertz in George gave me a competitive quote when I rented a car in January 2022. They ********ly neglected to tell me the price was exclusive of vat! Then 2 months later they took R350 from my bank account without my authorisation. They allege it's for administering a traffic fine. However to date they have been unable to produce the alleged fine. They do not respond to my emails.
