Disgusting service from Hertz in EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE!

Gross customer service! Chante working at the front desk at King Phalo Airport in East London has NO RESPECT and failed to listen to our dispute. The car was delivered WITHOUT EVEN EXPLAINING about Cost or co-payments to be made in the event of damage to the car. Suddenly extra charges were included in the amount when we went back to close the rental after using the car to go to ONLY ONE DESTINATION and back home. FUEL EXPENSES were included when the car was parked in our yard. Amount that was agreed upon was changed when we got to Hertz and the customer service is disgraceful and disgusting! I would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE USE OF HERTZ IN EAST LONDON OR ANYWHERE ELSE!
