Disgusting Service ever experienced because of personal agendas

Today I had the most horrible and disgusting customer experienced I've ever seen in the car rental service, where a manager at the OR Tambo Airport decided to take a former HR matter and apply to a customer that had nothing to do with the issue at hand. On the 29th of July approximately 6:20am, my company was travelling to Polokwane and through one of our staff whom we instructed to shop for the rates and find us a vehicle we could use. He then informed us Hertz would be the rates we were looking for. The vehicle was booked and checked out with one additional driver added, the employee in question. We travelled with the vehicle and return to Johannesburg late evening of the 29 and collected our vehicles which we had left at the airport and still took the hired car, as we were meant to return it on 2nd August. To my surprise, on the 30th July at approximately lunch hour, my phone was blasting with missed calls from a number I did not recognise, when I returned the phone call, not one could tell me why I was receiving these calls, finally a gentlemen by the name of Stanley from their ***** department with a demanding and rude tone, called me to ask me to return the vehicle, when I asked why, I was told I am high risk according to their ITC system (something new to my knowledge)I then asked, why was this not picked up when I came to hire and fetch the car, I was given no answer, I was then asked where is the vehicle, I told them the vehicle was in Limpopo which is where the vehicle was travelling to by one of our directors, I was then accused of lying because according to there system the car was showing to be in daveyton, I then told them yes, it is possible as one of our directors who was added as an additional driver was using the car travelling to Limpopo as he had just left the office to drop off someone in the Springs East rand area, I was then told they would be chased and the car taken away. After calling hertz and speaking to Marco from their depo, and Nicole explaining my complaint on this, I was told someone would call me, and no one did ,until my our staff member - the director was stopped in the middle of a highway like *********, with guns and body guards from Hertz, and the car was confiscicated, and left on the side of the road to see themselves fit, the passengers included an elderly person as they were travelling for a funeral. WHAT IS MORE DISGUSTING IS TO KNOW THE REAL REASON WHY Hertz Rent a Car South Africa (Kempton Park, South Africa) would go to such lengths without following proper procedure is that a manager who was at the airport, recognised one of our employees who used to work at Hertz Rent a Car South Africa (Kempton Park, South Africa) Hertz and this same former employee went through the formal process and was dismissed for whatever reasons we know nothing about as their new employer, this same manager Nicole Strauss made her own assumptions and called the ***** deparment without enquiring with the person who hired the vehicle. As a first time customer at Hertz Rent a Car South Africa (Kempton Park, South Africa) WE ARE APPAULED BY the actions of the staff and managers at duties, our question is how did Hertz Rent a Car South Africa (Kempton Park, South Africa) in the first place allow us to leave with their vehicle without doing proper checks, (which is a lie), 2. how does Hertz Rent a Car South Africa (Kempton Park, South Africa) decide to burn a former employee from the whole freakin airport and even driving their cars, lastly what do his actions have to do with his new employer and staff to a point that they would be chased like ********* and left like animals of the road, and still we are expected to pay and be penalised. I WANT ANSWERS because after driving personally to the airport, I was taken pillar to post with no founded facts, while their staff left for home and they refused to take my calls. WE WILL TAKE THIS TO THE MEDIA IF WE HAVE TO, what was more shocking in solving the issue for our staff, Thrifty Car Rental South Africa (OR Tambo International Airport) was able to assist us and rented a vehicle without claiming ITC and risk, which means this was more PERSONAL AND A VENDATOR against their former employer. This injustice and a ****** act if you asked us because had this been a white person would they have been treated this way, this is appalling, we want proof of this procedure against their former employer where does it state they are not allowed to drive Hertz Rent a Car South Africa (Kempton Park, South Africa) vehicles as an additional driver and why did this manager decide to go to such extremes without consulting the person holding the rental contract
