Disgruntled Hertz customer

I rented a car for one day and was Charged for 3 days. After a week of emails and being told that I was someone else it was discovered by Hertz that they were at fault and that I would be refunded. It has been longer than 2 weeks and I still have not received my money. It is beyond a joke now.
