Discrepancy in Car Hire Charges and Unjustified Additional Fees

VERY UNHAPPY - I was billed an additional amount for my car hire that was not clearly explained at the time of my inquiry. The final charge differed from the price advertised online. Despite returning the vehicle in clean condition with a full tank of petrol on the same day and incurring no fines, an extra charge was deducted without justification. I am dissatisfied with this experience.
