Disappointed with My Experience at Hertz Car Rental

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Hertz Car Rental. I inquired about Tax Invoice ***8-1 and the additional R6,000 deposit deducted on Monday, July 1, and I need clarification on this charge.

I received a response on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 5:32 PM, but despite numerous follow-ups, I have not received any further correspondence from Hertz on this matter.
