Disappointed

Hi,

I had a booking made at the OR Tambo branch for pick up at 11am today (5 February 2025). I was turned away and left stranded for a vehicle because the agent said they can't give me a vehicle due to my credit score!

I have rented vehicles from you guys numerous times and never had any issues until now! Even if I have a bad credit score with the amount of times I used your services and always returned vehicles in excellent condition and punctually that you guys could have overlooked a credit score for a loyal customer instead of leaving the loyal customer stranded and to make matters even worse I must wait 7 days for Hertz to refund me.

Im very disappointed in the Hertz brand honestly. Please let me know if Hertz does not want my business anymore so I can start making use of other car hire companies instead of being turned down at the last minute.
