Destroying Matric Farewell Dream!

My sisters dream car (currently) is a Mercedes C-Class and her Matric Farewell was on 16/10/2015.<br> <br> My partner and I decided to rent such a vehicle from Hertz, so that we can complete her dream evening.<br> <br> Upon collection, both the consultant at Hertz O.R. Thambo and his supervisor (Elizabeth) refused to assist in a manner in which we have done business SO many times before.<br> <br> We requested that the holding deposit be deducted off of the credit card and the rental be charged on an alternative card. They both repeatedly, without listening, said that it is impossible and even refused to try and find out from management.<br> <br> Not only were they rude to me, but many customers complained about the consultant's lack of manners, enthusiasm and disinterest.<br> <br> This cost us dearly as we could not deliver our promise to my sister, and although we were professional and friendly assisted at an alternative agent, none had Mercedes left available for the weekend.<br> <br> Therefore I made the reservation at Hertz well in advance.<br> <br> To my disappointment!<br> <br>
