Deposit refund

I rented a car on the 19 December 2020 and returned it on the 21 December 2021. I returned the car in the condition that I took. I was told that I would receive my deposit after 21 working days. Today is 12/02/2021 and I have been calling and I only get told that they will get back to me. The service is extremely poor.
