Deposit refund

I hired a car on 26th of May 2025 and return it on the 27th. They promised to return my deposit after 21 days and they didn't. I had to make a several calls and I couldn't get assistance. They all return my deposit on 23rd of June and it is shot with a R1000. When I return the car there was no damages. I am still waiting for my R1000
