Deposit Refund

<p>I have not yet been refunded my deposit money but Hertz was very quick in debiting my account for e tolls, petrol etc whilst they were still holding my deposit. It has been 23 days and counting and and i call in daily, they keep promising to get to me daily which never happens. Really poor service!</p>
