Deposit not returned
<p>It honestly breaks my heart that Hertz has changed their lending policy. An amount of R5124 was debited on 17 August 2016 when I took the vehicle. The vehicle was returned on the 19 August 2016, again an amount of R1616.98 was debited on the 25th August 2016 for the rental, what takes so long for them to return the first Amount? This makes it difficult to use their services in future, this is almost day light ******* especially when one needs to use these funds to take care of family needs. This needs to be reviewed, it's not fair on us clients. </p>
