Deposit not refunded

Hertz rent a car does not even deserve a 1 star rating, they are ******. I returned the rented car on 7 January 2025, I haven't received my R7000 deposit. Their staff at Port Elizabeth Airport didn't even care about my complaint. People must just stay away from Hertz. I really wish I did read the reviews before hiring a car from them.
