Delayed refund

I rented a car December & returned it on the 2nd of Jan 2024. Till today I haven't been refunded my deposit yet. When I called I was told that it will take 7-14 days, I wrote emails to the customer care but I've been told they're awaiting the bank's response. It's so annoying, I can't even pay for my child's school camp because of them.
