Daylight ****** by Hertz Firefly Lanseria Airport

Rented a car with the above-mentioned company where on drop off was told of a stone chip which was not even bigger than a one bread crum and I refused to acknowledge it as it was obstructed by the wiper and possibly collected the car with it already. To my surprise got charged R5021 for damages which is **************** and my complaint was not taken into consideration or looked at before charging. Pls assist my ref number is ZIRKTD i need my money back asap
