Day light ******* by Hertz

Hertz sent me a 2020 invoice for traffic fine I responded via email to dispute it, they continued to take mt money How can they charge me for 2020 fine, 3 years ago now ?? When was that fine sent to them ? When did they knew about it? And why only now This is ********ly and day light *******, I need my money back this is totally nonsense
