<p>I would suggest to everyone I know not to use hertz car hire </p> <p>I was recently in Cape Town I hired a car from there century city brach </p> <p>they mentioned everything to me about the car and what doccoments etc to keep but failed to mention anything about the etag which supposed to be in the car and made me sign the document which I did as I didn't expect to be ****** on returning the car to the air port the lady that checked the car asked me for the etag I told her that I did not get one nor see one and I only drove the car literally from the hotel to the airport only to get a statement from hertz claiming I lost the etag and will be charged for it </p> <p>I am beyond disgusted and when I contacted them they stated that I had signed the document and will be charged </p> <p>rather stick to reputable car high places I will never go to hertz again and will be sure to tell everyone I know </p>
