Customer service comes last with Hertz !

Rented a car in JHB , the customer service at the branch was great , but ended there. When I emailed about outstanding money that they owe me I was met with so much disrespect. On top of the disrespectful emails that I received, no assistance was given , uninformed information was shared with me. Will never hire a car from them again. Will rather opt for another car rental.
