Customer always comes last

<p>Booking a vehicle through thr central reservation I was told I could pick up the vehicle at 7h00. However by 7h30 there was still no one around. I asked around and wax informed by guys from the VW garage that Hertz only starts at 8! When I phoned the central reservation they informec me that they just spoke to the guy from Toti and that he was infact in his office. This while I was actually standing in his office! I only got my rental at 7h50 after missing my morning meeting.</p> <p>Now I have to return the vehicle before 7h50 or I get charged an extra day. It is 8h00 already, and once again I am sitting in the Hertz office waiting for the guy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please dont use this Hertz Amanzimtoti if you expect anything close to customer service.</p>
