****** Period!!

<p>I rented a car with Hertz on a monthly basis and I wanted the car for six months. I booked their A group car they debited their monthly rental there and there when I booked the car and was told the deposit will be debited when I collect the car at the chosen branch. I went to pick up the car, and they didnt have the goup A cars, and I was told not worry I will get a free upgrade for a few days and they will contact me when they have the A group car which should be in a few days time. I agreed signed and took the car, a week went pass and I contacted them, i was told the same thing, we still dont have the cars we will call you. The month was gone and still same thing. problem started on my 3rd month, they started debiting my account left and right different amounts, and when I call them they will tell me to go into the branch. when I get there I will be told no we will refund the money give us your card number which I will do and I will wait for my refund and nothing. I will call they will tell me to go to the bank. when I go to the bank the bank will also tell me a different story. Now this went on and until I received a call from hetz to tell me that the car has not been renewed and it was due on the 5th. This was a suprise to me because they had debited my account on the begining of the month for the mothly rental plus more because they were still debiting my account left and right. and other thing my contract was running from the 1st to the 30th, now how does it become due on the 5th now? I was told no you are on a daily rental not a monthly rental. after that instead of solving the problem they sent someone to take the car from me because I did not pay, I was treated like a ********, and left stranded. After they took the car they continued to debit my account. I have sent them emails which dont get answered, you only get an automatic reply that says they will respond in 10 days. its been over a month and still no reply. The deposit I paid was never refunded. Pleople becareful dont be fooled by the low rates they charge, they are ******. When I went to the branch they were people calling and asking for their money back. </p>
