Complain of not company not paying deposit

It's been 30days I haven't received my deposit and when I called some guy name muhamed said I must check Check with my banks. Iyooo it's so incompetence .the first time I called thy said 7days .then whatsapp they say 21days But now its 30days .it's really not nice bcos I had returned their I'm good condition
