Christmas Day ruined

Christmas Day spent at Cape Town airport waiting to collect our car. We have been here three hours now and are still not at the front if the queue. Absolutely appalling from Hertz... we have missed the most special day with our family and friends. Gutted! Hertz has ruined Christmas. Thank you. ????
