Car rental deposit not refunded.

I rented a car from the 28th of September to the 4th of October 2019. Everything went well with the car which was returned in pristine order with a full tank. Unfortunately, the R14,650 deposit taken on the 28th of september is still not refunded back to me. I contacted Hertz via email. They requested my booking number which I had to provide twice to the same person. And despite my various follow ups, was ignored. This is not worthy of a company like Hertz to have such a behaviour and poor service quality. There is nothing worse in service quality than being blatantly ignored. At this stage and until my money is back, I would not advise to use their services.
