Car rental credit card deposit refund

Hi, my name is Tshepiso Douw-Khumalo. I rented a car from Hertz Dubai Airport on the 21st of December 2024 and returned it on the 28th December 2024. I paid R7000 deposit. I still have not received my deposit after we got back in South Africa.I have sent them emails and they told me it would take a month to get my deposit back but I still have not received it. Please intervene.
