Car rental

I rented a car through my insurance with Hertz. I paid my deposited which was taken from my bank account now that im asking for the deposit back there are stories. I have spoken to a lady Sasha Adams. Was promised a phone call on monday nothing. Later that day i got a email which i rep**** to. Telling me that i must wait for there bank to replytried 3 times to get hold of Sasha today who ever answes tge phone asks for my name and the Sasha is either on the phone or just out or she has left for the day When i told jer i am going to social media with this she said ok go do it. All im asking is for my refund to be done Will never use them again Pathetic useless
