Car Not Ready
I arrived at OR Tambo shortly after the appointed booking time, only to be told that I had to wait for the car to arrive from the depot. In addition, I was asked to sign a car hire contract without the vehicle details being shown. This is contrary to the Consumerrr Protection Act. Unprofessional, pathetic service.
