BOYCOT HERTZ CAR RENTAL.

I rented a car from Hertz from the 5th to 7th December 2022. 3 day rental agreement with unlimited kilometers. I then returned the vehicle on the secondary as I was done with it. To my surprise I was charged extra on my card. When I made an enquiry, I was told it's because I returned the vehicle on the second day, which meant that my agreement automatically changed to a 2 day rental and the unlimited kilometers fall away. I was charged for an extra 300km or so. I was never phoned, I was not told this at the airport when i went to drop the vehicle off on purpose so they could make a quick buck. By the way, I was also charged toll fees and yet I was using my card at all tolls. I have the transactions. What is even scarier is that, all these deductions happen at will and there's no communication. I still haven't received any invoices for these Transactions. HERTZ is the biggest **** in the world. They are ruthless and be aware of them. They will debit your card till they are satisfied. They are only interested in bleeding your bank account as much as possible. Let me not even start on the deposit that they haven't paid back. They are still enjoying bleeding my card. BOYCOT HERTZ CAR RENTAL.
