Bidvest / Hertz: Stay away from these Car Rental Companies in RSA

I have been trying since 12pm today to book a rental car until 14 December 2019. No chump change, but apparently car rental companies in this country DO NOT NEED CLIENTS. I actually phones Bidvest to discuss my driver's license, emailed them... NO RESPONSE (Email provided by them: ***), I've also done an online booking with Hertz... I phoned them PAST my booking time, as I have still not received the promised Email confirming my booking. The call center advised me to "wait". It has been 4 hours of "waiting", NO email, NO call back... MY SUGGESTION would be for small businesses to start taking over the market... there's a real gap there. It is QUITE CLEAR that car rental companies in RSA does NOT CARE about gaining customers. Shameful.... They charge exorbitant fees for NON SERVICE
