Be aware-pre delivery inspection with hertz

Rented a car via web, returned on January 2nd, 2016.<br> Obviously signed the Pre delivery Insp form at the office, not seeing the car parked outside.<br> Scratches were every where on the Rims but one was not reported on the form.<br> When you pick up the car nobody is there to assist or to talk to at the parking lot.<br> When I returned it. I was blamed for an additional scratch on the rims, one of the many I believe it was there already.<br> I have now been charged 116eu on my CC after 3 wks. <br> I use Hertz so much on my frequent business trip, they can easily check on my Company Cr Card.<br> Never again. <br> Can't stand being pulled around. <br>
