Please never ever rent a car from Hertz The lady that helped us was rude and didnt explain anything to us. We didnt get the car that we booked and then they took a amount of R18 650 from my credit card and said it will be paid back if we bring the car back. It is now 6 days later and when we phoned them they said it can take up to 21 days. It is totally unexceptable.
