Bad service from herdz car rental O. R Tambo int

When we got to the counter we were the only people to be asked to do score rating due to racial differences as we were black. Other people which were white they just asked for identification and were given the car but with us we were even asked security clearance from our credit card. We spent almost 2 hours while other people just came and left just by producing identification.
