Bad service followed by good service

I was anoyed about an excessive deduction for a very minor chip on the windscreen. It was hidden under the windscreen wiper so not easily visible when the car was collected, but "found" immediately when the car was returned. It seemed like they knew it was there...

I wrote a strongly worded letter of complaint, with photos, and 3 months later received a full refund!
