Bad service ever

We rented a car with this company on Saturday the 15 of August and as per the the contract we were suppossed to return the car on the 20th. we ollected the car at OR International and had agreed to drop it off at a different destination and we paid the fee. we drove from JHB on Saturday the 15th of August evening to East London and arrived the following day around 8am while still resting a guy calls and says we MUST reaturn their vehicle before 11am or the car will be collected by their team we asked him why he says we were speeding. im not desouting that the car was driven more than 120 but there was never even an sms sent to us to warm us or a call warning us about this. we went to the Airport to find out about this the guy on duty tried assisting us even tried to call his Manager beging him to to allow us to keep the car, the manager suggested that the guy on duty to call Head Office, the guy on duty did call head office and they said we should leave the car there and then because we bridged the contract, what contract are they referring to because we did not get any contract from them we only received the sketch of the car showing us what damages are on the car nothing else. the car was then taken from us we became stranded and had no means of going home. they just dont care.

this company sucks i would never recomend it to anyone else that i know.
