Bad service at Hertz car rental

Very bad service. Me and my boyfriend decided to go away for the libf weekend and made a booking at Graskop. As we got closer to our distenation my car broke down totaly. We looked online for car rentals and find that Hertz had a car for us. We got a lift through to Nelspruit airport for thats where we could get the. Once we got there they said thst our drivers card expired and therefore we could nit get the car. According to the law there is no legal requirement which compelss motorists to renew their drivers licence card. We had to go back with the person that took us there. They did not even try to be helpfull and there where compassion for customers. He did not even offer us any other help. They are one car rental place i would not recommended for anyone to use.
