Bad service and A TOTAL ******* company

There was a holding deposit taken off my credit card for R6600 and i was only refunded R800.00 . When trying to call the call center i held on for 23 mins just to be cut off . My 2nd call i held on for 20 mins still no answer. I need an explanation soonest
